Moi Hello!
I am a designer and artist from Finland. My work focuses on a series called “Flowers and plants”. The series includes paintings on paper and canvas, big scale public art projects, pillows, prints and paintings on cut out plywoods. My works are subtle interpretations of plants and flowers. My background as a surface pattern designer plays a big role in my work. I feel that instead of painting I create surfaces that I fill with elements. Sometimes the surface might be a facade of a big apartment building and sometimes a piece of paper.
My artist studio is located in an old factory and it plays a big role in my creative processes. My studio is my playground where I can completely immerse myself in my work and have fun.
